My Poupette
I paid $55.00 for the authentication of an item at eBay they have my money but did nothing

I bought a Handbag at eBay an dit is fake. Since I paid about $210 for it I wanted PayPal to refund my money. Paypal requested an Authentication and I paid $55.00 to My Poupette for it but they never faxed the authentication statement/report to PayPal therefore time period has expired and I lost my case, and My Poupette ignores my emails.
