I have been sued twice now, for money I have already paid. Not only am I being sued, harassed, and credit dragged through he mud by this "law office" but I cannot get any actual information about what I "owe" for when the original debt to a past rip off credit card has been paid for over a year. I was never even served to appear in court to actually find out why I am being sued in the first place. I don't understand how you can charge someone 45% interest/month on a debt that doesn't exsist. It makes me sick to my stomach that companies are allowed to harass people like this.
