I was told by somebody about a bad experience on Ikon about how they treat their employees, I thought that was just somebody's experience, but now that I was working for Ikon myself I came to also have a bad experience with them. The manager at the site was (is) very negative with his comments and very demanding on the employees' performance.in more than one occasion he made threats to fire some employees when issues arose and used offensive words in some meeting when addressing some employees. The team lead he chose on the copy area LACKED experience and hardly ever did some real work, something that was always overlooked at, generally same guys ended up doing the real work, it was very unprofessional on how things were handled around that site, there were some discrimination issues that are not worth mentioning here, I just know that I made the WORST decision to chose them as my employer, I am so glad I left that company and for the pay they offer is not worth the effort, got better things to do with my time.
