I doubt frys would answer any of this, its obvious they dont care for customers but its worth a try.
1. Do your employees know what they are talking about, if not do they know anything? About the products they are marketing.
2. Obviously everywhere you look, you see negative comments about the fry's experience, can you defend yourself, can you honestly say those dishonest practices dont occur? I.E. Reselling malfuctional product as "used" or maybe employees "toying" around with the products or that your tactic regarding returns isnt to try to wear out the customer?
3. Why dont you use just a little money, a little effort in making some type of real customer service and maybe giving jobs to people who know their stuff.
4. Teach your employees what no means. I.E. No additional warranty = NO not maybe not perhaps yes...
5.in your opinion, does fry's have anything good to offer compared to other electronic stores? Besides low price (which comes at a price)?
6. Do you find it sad that i have to ask any of these question to an extremely rich corporation? Almost seems i hate you more than tobacco companies.
