Never recieved parts

I requested 2 parts for my Whirlpool carpet shampooer on April 12th, fourteen days later I approached them about not obtaining the components. I get A Contact from their store declaring that their host was along of course if I needed my money-back they'd change the charge-back to my debt card. I advised them that I truly required these components which I'd watch for them.

Because then I've delivered them three or four more emails about these components, no body has approached me since that time. It's today May 25th and that I still haven't noticed from their store and also have not gotten the components. I'm working they ripped me down. I respected them to deliver me these components and that I have attempted to contact the amount they provide on the site also it adopts voice-mail.

I thought somebody ought to know about that organization before they tear other people down.
