States I owe a mastercharge bill of 1'644.17 and I haven't had a credit card in 15 yrs. Called said I made payment in 2001 from this address when I lived somewhere else

Saya I owe Capitol one mastercard when I haven't had a credit card in 15yrs. Says last payment made in 2001 from this address when I wasn't living in this location then. I lived in oklahoma when I had a credit card. No payment has been made by me in 2001 form Wichita Falls or anywhere else. I've received 2 of these bills from 2 seperate companies in the last month. I'm not going to pay what I never borrowed. Ellen Wichita Falls, Tx.
