The March Group wants you to sign a contract with them paying a hefty fee up front to market and sell your business. Dont be a victim to this scam!
They produce a poorly assembled boilerplate business report. We asked them to correct this and they totally blew it off for over 8 months now! Their CVA or Confidential Valuation Analysis template / report undervalued our business. They tie this low value to the contract to sell your business with them as a minimum requirement for acceptance of any offer. What a fraud!
The March Group did not perform per their contract. Certainly, with the poor quality of work, missing items, delays, management turnover and lack of follow through on The March Group, we asked for our money back and they responded that they would not return the full amount, only offering a small portion to be returned to us for the little amount of work that they produced. The March Group was not fair or reasonable in any of this dispute, as they performed very little service and they still wanted to keep a majority of our money!
We believe that they intended to do this from the start. What a scam & rip-off!
