Gene Olson is a credit card processor and ISO, when he leases the credit card machines and equiment he does not inform the merchants that at the end of the lease contract they have to pay for the equiment. He leads them to believe that at the end of the contract they own the equiment.
If the merchant is leasing from another credit card processor and/or leasing company he tells the merchant that he will buy out what the owe on their current lease and/or he will transfer it. He never pays off what the merchants owe on the last one like he promises, and he barely transfer the old lease. So, the merchant is stuck still pay the monthly statement bill for the old lease and now paying for this new lease also.
When the merchants call him concerning a problem he makes up lies about he will be there it fix it and when he does show up it is days to weeks later.
