2 1/2 months ago I submitted my resume for a critque and evaluation by Jobfox. A Madeline Willis contacted after reviewing and told me that Jobfox would produce a resume that would put ahead of all my banking colleagues in terms of getting recognized by the empployer. I asked her if she had any professional banking personnel who knew banks look for in my catepgory Commercial Lending Officer and she said they have profeesionl prior banki ng empoyees who would know the termiliogy and what the banks were looking for in commercial lenders. I said do you have any sample and she said we cannot disclose them to you bust they nwould work with me to my satisfaction and theie work was guaranteed. We have several revidsions and I kept telling Madeline that I wwas not getting any calls or interviews with Jobfo's product while colleagues of my with identical banking credetials and experience were at least getting calls after 3 rvisons and no satidfaction I told Madline and Mivhael that I wwas totally dissatifiend nad wanted to end this business relationship. I cancelled the debit on my checking acct. And demanded my money back in 5 days. If I did nor recieve my frefund I was reporting Jobfos to the Better Business Bureu and to your compnay Riooff.com. As of Friday 5/14 I have not heard or received my refund.
