Our 90-year old grandmother email requested some products and didn't obtain 2 of these. He delivered a shaving package he didn't purchase. It's been per month 5 because he delivered anything back and requested to become returned for that 2 items which he didn't obtain, which involves an overall total around $20. He's not gotten something and it is worried he won't obtain his reimbursement.
