I have been dealing with David Freeman (D.E. Freeman Kitchen and Bath Consulting) for about 6 - 8 months on three separate projects. I have yet to receive full payment on the first invoice.
He has ripped off all three homeowners. He has received full payment from all three jobs but has yet to complete any of them. Most of what he did was wrong, causing the homeowners to have to hire different contractors to finish there job.
David Freeman also has three prior felonies in Chatanoga Tn. For the same thing. He also has not payed any of his other sub contractors or suppliers.
