I ordered a set of rims and tires through an ad found in Lowrider magazine on April 19. I was told to send the money via Western Union quick collect. I went to US Bank and sent $800.00 via western union. I was told by Fred to call him right after sending the money to confirm payment. I called him after sending it and was given an order # of 1192. Then I was told to call back on Wed April 21st for a tracking number. Called back on April 21st and was told to call back on Thur April 22nd because they did not have the tracking number yet. Called back Thur and they still did not have a number and told me to call back Fri April 23rd. I called on April 23rd and was told to call back after 6 but there was no answer. Called Sat and was told that UPS was not open to get a tracking number so to call back on Mon April 26th. Called for number. They said to call back after 5 pacific time. He was very short with me. I called back at specified time and he said to
