Account activated Fraudulently Dish Network Refused to cooperate

I was a customer of Dish Network. I had the service terminated in my home on November 18. But was unable to retrieve my equipment from the home due to personal reasons. On November 19, Dish Network not only allowed the equipment to be reactivated, they allowed premium channels to be added to the service.
The first operator I spoke with advised me that the service had been reactivated without permission and the passcode overridden by the first operator contacted by the person committing the fraud.
I called again on November 19 to have the service stopped and they assured me that it would not be turned back on because it had a pass code placed on it and without the code, it could not be turned back on. It was reactivated within 15 minutes of my call.
I called again on the 20th of the same month and had it turned off yet again, only to have it reactivated, by a person in the household, with no authorization. The person who was activating the account is a convicted felon, and I explained this to Dish Network. I also explained that I had to leave the household for my own personal, physical safety due to death threats.
Dish Network assured me, it would not be turned back on. Within the hour the dish was reactivated and charges paid on the account with another person's checking account information which had been stolen.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Dish network mailed the bill out in Spanish, making it impossible for the Police Department in Nicholas County WV to read the bills.
I asked the bill be emailed. They did email the cover page and refused to supply the detailed charges on the bill and told me I would have to go to a judge and get a subpeona for my own account information.
They have done everything they can to thwart the police in the investigation and have refused to cooperate in supplying me my own account information, in order to cover up their own negligence.
The password on the account was changed numerous times and the equipment was reactivated at least 10 times without permission, and against my direct instructions and I have made more than 20 calls to Dish Network about the problem. Today, I updated my complaint with the Denver BBB, and Dishnetwork has still refused to answer any questions, provide the needed documentation to have this case prosecuted or supply me with my bill in English. I was advised by the supervisor at the following phone number 720-514-8555 that "We do not have the capability to provide you a detailed bill in English and if you wish any further account information, we need a subpeona to release any information to you." When I advised they had no problem giving out my information to a third party who was using the account fraudulently, they called me a liar and denied any of this entire situation had ever taken place after numerous admissions prior to this that it had.
