Credit Monitoring Service is a big rip off. After I tried to cancel my service which was not supposed to activated because it was free, the web pages were non-existent. These people charged me $79.95 three times on the same day. I want my money back. There was no reports, no contact, and no customer service. No company period. All I have seen of this company is what they have stolen from me.
