In July I responded to an ad on Craigslist seeking voice talent for message-on - hold work. Jeff Wade sent me the scripts and I recorded them. He paid with a check, which bounced. I emailed to tell him and he wrote back and apolgized and said his bookkeeper had embezzled thousands of dollars and had been arrested, and he said he would pay, but he never did. He owes me $140 plus the bounced check fee and 3 years' interest. He is still posting ads on Craigslist and using the same name and company name.
