My order was placed and paid for using an echeck. The company debited my bank account AND voided my order because of out of stock ON THE VERY SAME DAY. I have called, requested, demanded and emailed for my refund. I was NOT allowed to speak to a supervisor or an accountant to get my funds back. It has been 12 days so far and I still have not gotten my money back.
