In 2 anthro stores (natick and burlington), i am treated like a criminal whenever i visit. They follow me around, ask to take my shopping bags - i've noticed they don't ask other shoppers, etc.
The only thing i can figure is that i use a lot of merchandise credits to purchase items and make a lot of returns. I simply receive a lot of clothing from this store as gifts from friends/family and oftentimes go back to pick out something different. I don't know what else "marks" me as someone to follow. It is VERY off-putting and i have written to corporate before about this.
