J.D. Marvel Products ripoff, cash check, never sent products, still waiting

I ordered two pairs of slippers from this company. Paying $16.95 which included $3.95 for shipping and handling on August 4, Check was cashed on August 8, never received products, all attempts to contact company, unsuccessful. Phone book shows no listing for company.
