Took $1 from me and never showed up to Court

I paid Mr. Zeldin $1,200 in full for a Court hearing.
On the day of Court, he never showed up. I called his office from the Court and his secretary said " oh, I am sorry - he forgot". He forgot??? The Judge was so mad at him - apparently, he had done this before.
He NEVER came to Court and now he will not give me back any of my money. RIP OFF!
Andrew Zeldin is a terrible lawyer and a bad man.
