The client support in the Charlotte NC Lumber Liquidatoris is terrible. I went with my dad and mom to check out floor on the Friday. Both have been in their middle-70's and my father is just a expert, they chose to buy closeout wood floor. Additionally they requested all of the molding and stair treads. They put the requested using the supervisor, Ryan Lemke, he requested whenever we were likely to choose it-up and we originally stated Saturday, 24 hours later. My father talked up and stated he could not on Sunday so we created a collection evening with Mr. Lemke for that following Tuesday. Mr. Lemke advised us he might draw the purchase also it could be prepared whenever we came. This in my experience, suggested that anything was in-stock also it could be prepared for packing whenever we came. At virtually no time did Mr. Lemke reveal he needed to purchase any products or does it declare it on our paperwork. Whenever we quit on Friday, my mother, explained "if she possessed that shop she'd fire Mr. Lemke since she believed he was rude and did not believe he desired to make use of them as clients". Whenever we came on Wednesday our purchase hadn't been drawn plus some products weren't in. I requested the salesman just how much isn't in and his response was "a great deal". If we'd of recognized that people might have waited for collection till everything was in since we originated from Sc. I questioned Mr. Lemke why he did not reveal that products were on purchase and all our purchase would not be accessible. Their answer me was "you did not ask". We returned and forth for some moments and that I got upset with him and that I told him " you're the supervisor, we're the client, it is your work to inform us." My father told him to stop the purchase, he placed on his charge card, but Mr Lemke stated no since the floor was a closeout product and there plan was no results on closeout products. Our response to which was "we did not choose it-up so we are not returning something". He also stated it'd be considered a 20% restocking charge. Just how can that be when you havenot drawn something sold-out? Obviously he didnot stop the purchase and we didnot choose something up. I have named and questioned the cost about the charge card, named LL customer support, we will discover what goes on.

I am just starting to develop my dream home and was going to purchase 1500 Square. Foot of Bella Floor and cut from their store, no method can I actually conduct business with LL again. When they handle our seniors and experts such as this they do not require my company. For Mr Lemke, for me, they have to deliver him to customer support college.
