I should have been angry TO TRY AND buy anything off the corporation to start with but in whatever way, listed here is my criticism.
7th April '10. - Went online and bought Windsor Pilates Total Body Exercise from Guther Renker. Provided them with my charge card details. Obtained a contact the exact same day-to inform me the purchase choose to go through and that I might anticipate these products 'on my doorstep' in 2 weeks.
10th April '10 - Needed To stop my charge card because of it being stolen. Named Guthy Renker to recommend of the reality but was informed that as a result of lot of calls these were not able to consider my phone so that they might consider my quantity and contact me back.
13th Aptil '10 - After getting no-call-back, I obtained a notice from Guthy Renker informing that my charge card hadn't been through plus they currently needed me to re-deliver my specifics to THEM-BUT, to not fear the purchase might be prepared regardless "to avoid any trouble" in my experience. And so I delivered the facts back exactly the same time.
21st April '10 - Named to discover where these products were, but "as a result of lot of calls" they'd need to consider my quantity and contact me back.

28th May '10 - named again, when requested for my amount so somebody might contact me back, I declined and stated I needed to talk to someone TODAY.incredibly, somebody been accessible plus they set me right through. (Please excuse the sarcasm but I'm angry as heck). I had been informed from the individual who therefore voluntarily got my phone the purchase was just positioned on 27th Aptil '10 and they were sold-out and he or she didn't understand once they could be acquiring more item in, "perhaps the finish of May". After I questioned why the purchase had only been positioned, she explained if was becuase my charge card hadnt worked. After I informed her the notice had stated the purchase might be prepared she stated "oh well thatis false, the notice is incorrect, somebody must have changed that". So when I questioned her what I really could do today she stated "possibly delay or stop the purchase". And so I hungup.
I then delivered a mail to protest that a computerized reaction was delivered to me informing somebody might contact me in 72 hours.
4th May '10 - After not getting a call-back, I called them. I immediately requested to talk to the supervisor once the individual about the telephone stated she couldnt find my bill. After 20 units to be on-hold, this "Supervisor" stated 'so what can I actually do for you personally today'. I couldnt believe that after all of the garbage I'd experienced, no body there had documented something on my consideration, and also the prior advisor hadn't informed her supervisor why she was placing me through to him! And so I described all the above towards the supervisor to which he explained "oh we're phasing-out Windsor Yoga, whats why you havent gotten something". He also explained that I'd possibly obtain very little, or I would be among the fortunate people who'd get the initial package.
Unsurprisingly I terminated the purchase and informed them to reimbursement and costs to my charge card. I had been much more angry when he explained that each advisor had identified concerning the phasing-out of Windsor Pilates but none of another 100 experts I talked to could inform me this or did I receive any correspondance from their store to inform me it was the situation. After I requested for payment, when I needed to subsequently buy another thing for the individual I had been purchasing it for, I had been informed he'd return the shipping and handling... Um, what? The shipping and handling on which?!? I terminated the purchase
In whatever way, do not buy through Guthy Renker!
