Has not paid his sub contractor (s)

I have completed 2 jobs for Bob, and he has collected money from the home owners but has not paid me yet!!!

I have been trying to get my money ($3,700) for over 6 weeks, it's always tommorow

As of 3/17/08 he has told me "tommorow" again!!!

Well, there's always a chance, if not it's time to go legal

If he pays me i'll update
