Ripoff dishonest

I used this company service about two months ago, so i paid up front for the service guaranteed not to exceed, and it didn't exceed it was even less! They gave me a higer estimate! So they said that they were going to credit the difference.

So i waited for two months, and then i called and some lady said that she mailed the check for the difference and so far is been 2 weeks and that check has not arrived yet! So I'm still calling her but she never answers is just a voice mail, so i leave my call back number, she doesn't call me back!

I thought they were more formal company but i see they are not. I just want my money back!!!
