Macy's wedding registry benefits system promotes that Macy's will credit the woman/groom having a gift-card worth 5% of the presents bought for them plus 10% of products they "home-purchase." I had been eligible for about $220 under the program, but I had been shipped something special card worth $13. I named Macyis repeatedly over 2 yrs and talked to atleast 6 customer support representatives, losing hours and hours, and never you could clarify what happened. Each guaranteed a call-back or moved me to some other division, but no body actually delivered the phone call or did something effective. Lastly this Jan a called Russell Turner delivered mean inventory claiming I purchased damaging $1033 of products at-one stage, that will be clearly difficult and deducted $103 of store credit. I did so buy a product for around that quantity that was evidently joined using the incorrect register their pc and describes the ~$200 difference. Issue resolved, right? Sadly, I sent the boss three more occasions and remaining telephone communications, which he ceased returning, and that I never obtained the store credit. I sent my grievances towards the presidential office and was obviously dismissed. Macyis obviously has impossibly poor customer support, defrauded me out-of around $220, and lost quickly 10 hours of my period. Store at Saks or elsewhere that cares about clients.
