I was approached by Anny Hoang to view her website, Shestated that her company has quality jewelry handbags etc. I have never had aproblem with shopping online with China wholesaler so I gave her company achance. I wanted for weeks for my packages and still nothing. I in anger thencontacted Anny and she replied that she'd check the tracking number. Then shestated after checking the tracking number that the USP service had tried todeliver the packages but were unsuccessful. So I then contacted them myselfonly to find out that the Company never put a forwarding correct address on theform that's why it never came to me. It went to Jamaica Queens instead.
I then asked the USP why the package never reached me, thenthey stated that this package was never intended to reach Georgia period, thestated that the package was sent back to china and that there was nothing thatthey could do. I contacted Anny and I told her this and she still insist thatthe package came to my house but no one was at home. Its been almost a monthsince this happened, she refuses to forward me to her so called leader and thenshe had the nerve to ask me to send another 120.00. I sent her a messagestating that if nothing else I will not rest until they send me all of my moneyback and I will also let the people in my country know about this company! Ialso asked one of my seller's in China how would they handle this He stated tome don't send them any more money, He told me that they can send the packageback to customs and it will get back to me. When I mention this Anny statedthat not how they handle things in her company. I have the emails to prove allthat I am stating. At this point I want what I paid for or I want my Moneyback. Please help me make sure that this never happens to another person orbusiness again!
