After three weeks of waiting for my order to arrive, I emailed them and said to cancel the order because I was leaving town in two days and did not need it after that. So they sent it out snail mail the next day. I said that it would not get there in time. They responded that it was not their problem. I said that I would have to return it. They basically said "good luck with that". After that, they did not respond to further emails or faxes. I then researched the company and found similar complaints on sites like Yelp.com. Apparently, this is a pattern with them, so I felt that it need reporting.
