We purchased a puppy from Kraftwerk K9 in at 9 months old we had her hips x-rayed due to lameness. Our vet told us she was severely dysplastic in her right hip and borderline in her left hip.
We contacted Kraftwerk K9 immediately after we learned about her hip dysplasia. We sent a certified letter as stated by Kraftwerks puppy contract. After two weeks without any response from Kraftwerk we sent a second certified letter, after three weeks without any contact from Kraftwerk we phoned the kennel. I was only allowed to talk to the kennel manager and not to the owner; I was told they never received the letters. We sent all the information including x-rays, and a letter from our vet by email, and still did not hear anything from Kraftwerk K9.
