I was also cheated by tim kunselman aka sun valley towing. I started doing security work in november for his old location on 40th ave and van buren. He was a pain to work for but we bent over backwards for him. Even putting up with him putting gay personal ads online using our guards cell#s, he said it was to make sure the guards were up all night. He flashed a gun at my manager as a threat. He continued to ad guards and hours through january with no payment, he would say check went in the mail today over and over again. Finally after over $9,000 i told him if we did'nt get a payment i would have to cutoff service. He said go the f*k ahead, i will just hire a new company now get the f*k out of my office your fired. He never intendedto pay a dime. I spoke to a lawyer he said get in line, tim kunselman does this for a living he uses every loop hole he can find and then he files bankruptcy over and over again. His day is coming, i just hope i can see it he is the lowest scum i have ever met. Anyone have any advice please let me know. Its not even about the money as much as seeing this poor excuse for a man pay.
