Tim Kunselman & Alana McDonald also own a tire shop in Quartzsite Az where I unfortunitly used to work. I quit a good job with another tire shop because I was promised better pay.
Man was that a lie. They hold back first two weeks, but said they would give you an advance to help get by. This was also a lie.
I had no place to stay and no food to eat. I worked 119 hours in the first two weeks then 46 hours the next week. Then I went to go pick up a part and stopped at my mother-inlaws to grab something to eat and was fired for misuse of the service truck.
So I asked for my check and was told iwould have to wait til payday 6 days away. So I waited expecting a check close to $1,500 Only to recieve a personal check for $552.90 with no pay stub.
I have Got nothing but the run around since I was told by Tim he sent it in the mail over 3 weeks ago and never recieved nothing.
Now he wont return or answer my phone calls. I finally sent a wage claim to the labor department. This guy is a real peice of work.
