Did they promise good results? Yes! Did they string me along for over a year? Yes!
Did they take my $999.00? Yes! Did they deliver the goods? NO! Have they made it easy to initiate my 100% money back Guarantee? NO! Is TOA playing stupid? Yes!
It was March when I used them as a "Last Resort" (no pun) to get the Welk Resorts in San Diego off my back whom refused to work with me on the payments when the economy went South. TOA said that they had a high success ratio, and would probably take about 90 days to complete. I called them monthly for updates, and always got the same reply "We're working on it, and your resort is being difficult". I bought the line, for my resort was the same with me when trying to negotiate.
