Quilters newsletter cashed check asked for more payment when I snt check in it was for the amount only no more

I paid for magazine and ended up getting another bill, I tried to call but whoever answered A recording will never be there to answer a question
I am not sending anymore money to these people, it is a bogus address they have 2 one in las Vegas the other in Reno.
What is so upsetting is this card for this magazine was inside the quilt magazine that goes all over America and the world so it is a huge profit for these scam artists and they have to be stopped
