They STOLE 1,175.00 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, they posted a bad credit report on me because I didn't honor a contract that my legal advisor said wasn't worth the paper it was written on

This company took money from my personnel checking account in the amount of 1,175.00 after the had been told in writing not to do so. They also filed a negative credit report against me after I had told them that their contract wasn't worth the paper it was written on and I had fullfiled said contract
