There is a woman in Union Station name Elsa Girma who is selling STOLEN Carol's Daughter products and probably plenty of other fraudulent products. She has two stands. One is located at the very back of the East Hall, directly in front of B Smith's restaurant. The second one is located in front of Barnes and Noble.
A few months ago I noticed a guy coming in with a large black duffle bag filled with carol's daughter products. Elsa and the guy do a secret exchange and like magic the products appear for sale at her stands
The Union Station Management office has not been doing their job. They dont seem to notice that this woman has been doing this for months and she is also selling things that are not in her lease agreement.
