None they promised me a refund but have not recieved it, its been since dec09,10.99$

Hello im Dennis * i wrote a complaint about another phone service for inmates. They also did not refund my money of 10.99$. They also had a strange request asking me to not mention this service to the inmate. I thought that was strange. Hope u can help me and straighten this services out.
