Webloyalty.com A simple $12.00 charge from a unknown company, causing a catostrophic cascading event leading to a credit of -$178.00

So, I am a 19 year old college student, who got his nice tax return of $800 dollars. Knowing the average college student, money is tight, money is low, and money burns, so soon enough I found myself with $37 left in my bank account. Now knowing this I had planned to spend only approximately $30 (which ended up being of two separate charges), but because the magic of "Reservation Rewards" I had actually only had $25 left in my bank account, somehow through this holding of my money ($12) through seemingly invisible means. So when I went and spent approximately $31 I had put that money on credit, and had put my bank account into the negative, in which the spending of approximately $7 (two separate charges) BEFORE spending the 31$ (two separate charges) when my bank account was at 43$, had overdrafted me FOUR TIMES!

In all actuality, after I had spent the $31 I had seen that my account was -$6 approximately and had stopped using my account, so just today I called up my bank to see how that -$6 is doing, and I had the delightful surprise of hearing, "Your bank account is negative one-hundred and seventy dollars". So of course I had to figure out how that happened.

So, I have been calling my bank, and Reservation Rewards all day, when I call my bank the first customer service employee I had, had only enough intelligence to list off what had given me my over drafts, and also giving me the number to this reservation rewards I had no idea what it was, then I called the number of course.

The lady at reservation rewards, was very kind, and TOO EASILY, gave me my $12 back and actually told me in order to get my 37$ from the overdraft fee I would have to mail them:
A bank statement which shows the charges and overdraft (And other vital information)
Short note saying I need overdraft reinbursement
My Current Email Address
MY Current Postal Address
(Which they had actually asked me for when I asked about the overdraft refund, I should have smelled something fishy going on, when supposively I've filled out a form with all of my information, and she asked me for my "new" current address to send me a check with my overdraft refund, which was a problem anyways because even by the time it would get to me I would have extra 10$ overdraft charges on my account.
My name
My Cell phone number

In all actuality before I had talked to the lady about this I had called my bank twice and the second lady said if you are to get the refund for your money and for your overdraft fee you would have them fax us, and when I asked reservation rewards to do this, they said, "We do not fax any information to third parties" dispite this whole incident requiring involvement of my bank.

So finally after all of this, because I did still not understand how I went from -$6 to -$170 I called my bank for the third time. This lady was AMAZING, she clearly noted that if this $12 had not happened you would in the clear, and I've already had a customer with a similar situation call me up so if you are to file a dispute about this, the $12 and all of the extra negative charges would be removed. I CANNOT even NEARLY express to you my relief that I did not owe $170. So now, my bank is filing a dispute against this company in order to remove this, somehow unknown charge to my bank account, which I KNOW I did not sign up for, and somehow magically got my information, and even had to ask me for my address which even shows they didn't even have it because I never filled out any information with them, fandango just gave it to them, the lady did admit fandango is where they were affiliated with. So yea, there you go, that's how I went from 37$ to -170$ because of Reservation Rewards and a magic 12$ charge, which hopefully due to the dispute and hi ratio of these complaints, will clear over.
