I purchased tickets to get a John Mayer concert on march 18 and paid 25$ for specific cargo to Leadville, Co. On Friday marach 22, each day prior to the concert I'd nevertheless not obtained the seats and so I named Fedex and was informed they had only obtained the seats from TicketTango on march 22 and might deliver overnight to reach about the 23 or evening of the show. I named TicketTango and questioned why the seats weren't submitted to FEDEX about the 19 and was informed with a unpleasant person who they often deliver 24 hours later however they wear"t need to— a vintage catch-22— And So I settled 25 $ for specific shipping which wasnot specific by any means but TicketTango doesn't experience responsible. This really is bad company training and bad method to handle clients that simply settled huge dollars for show tickets.

I'll never purchase tickets from TicketTango again
