Unfair late fees

I received my Kohls statement within the email on 2-10-10 having a deadline of 2-11-10. I settled the statement on 2-11-10 online. The cost did not publish until 2-12-10 producing a $30 late charge. I named customer support plus they just eliminated 1/2 of the late charge.

This isn't reasonable, 1st of a person must have sometime to pay for a statement. Additionally the statement was compensated about the evening it was due, therefore truly it had beennot overdue. Perhaps thats why I did not use that card for a long time and decades until a cashier got me began saying I'd save 20% off. Accurate they did provide me 20% down, however they got that in late fees.

Money or money may be the approach to take.
