Kohls has the worst online portals. The logins and site does not work well for kohls card. Email notifications are not sent for monthly statements. No physical statements. A late fee of 25$ is charged in case you end up being late due to the uninformed statements. And i was told my customer care executive that it is customer's responbility to timely call or whiechever way find if they have any outstanding and pay on time. The Kohls card site does not work at all. Do not reply on the site. Macy's Sears Ross name any big merchandise, all are so good with customer services but KOHLS. Having said that i explained my case for 10 minutes for having issues with kohls card and not receiving statements at all, the customer care executive waived the 25$ fees on my card but i was charged for interest on my purchase. Anyways I cancelled my card as I have observed this over an year and tried all I can. Peace is must. Beware of heavy late fee charges:).
