Sites like the usacomplaints.com were created to stop unsuspecting people from being victimized by people and/or companies that habitually take part in unethical business practices. I had the misfortune of working for Mr. Patton for a short period of time. At the time Mr. Patton had several prominent positions and appointment in the city along with at the time his radio show, which created the perception of a good upstanding entrepreneur on his way up. WRONG!!! During my time there I worked closely with Mr. Patton I can say that everything submitted by the previous post are extremely accurate. I learned of unethical decisions that were made during my time there with no regard for how it would affect the people around him including clients, employees, business partners, vendors and investors on a regular basis. While there Mr. Patton would often not pay me and other employees and would make promises to pay in a few days or next week. Next week never came. Not paying employees, vendors or even rent seemed to be very normal and easy for him.in a very short period of time Mr. Patton accumulated a debt of thousands of dollars to me. That along with not being able to continue to be associated with the unethical business practices of the company and its owner, my experiment with Anthony Patton and his firm came to and abrupt end after only 9 months. Upon my resignation Mr. Patton thanked me for my work and promised to pay every penny owed to me. Well lets just say that was July and Im still waiting even though 3 very small payments have been made over the past 21 months. Its interesting Mr. Patton had not returned any of my calls regarding settling his past due debt for months now, but he did call me on March 17 to inquire if I posted to first usacomplaints.com articletypical. Ive tried to maintain professionalism and work through my unresolved business with Mr. Patton, but I decided a long time ago to suck it up as a lesson learned and try to make sure the next young aspiring entrepreneur does not experience the set back of working for Mr. Patton.
