Skyline Publishing of Peoria, Illinois preys on small/all business. They lure you in by calling, and stating that they will place your ad in a Visitors and Relocation guide. They then (if you're lucky), will send you a cheesy-formatted magazine with your ad in it; but the magazine never gets sent to anyone other than you.in short, there is no relocation guide; and when you discover their scheme, they try and threaten you with paying them for advertising that is normally: a) terribly done, and b) has no distribution whatsoever. One individual in particular, "Jennifer" is extremely rude, and appears to be the ring leader. The telephone background sounds like a, "sweatshop of scam artists". Stay away from this company!
