Desertwide properties would not repair any of our maintenance request and when it came time to move out they would not refund our "refundable deposit" because they felt we didn't do a good enough job cleaning the condo.
They even had the nerve to charge us $200 for one paper window blind. Those normally sell for $15.
Our property manager Kay is an absolute waste of space. And the main reason we ended up moving out was because of her.
Don't waste your time with Desertwide properties. They have many complaints against them on a lot of different sites.
