Horrible publishing work and wretched customer support. After purchasing 1,000 postcards at a price of around $170, I became conscious, after I got a third of the way through the container, the rest of the cards were published with extremely diverse shades and exposures. They appeared horrible, along with a huge quantity were useless. After I approached the organization about reprinting the order, they declined since it was over 30 days after I put my order. I discussed why I'dnot recognized the issue earlier, but the publishing was defective. However they nevertheless DECLINED to fix their defective printing work. I own a company myself and also have A30-day return policy. Nevertheless when I promote something which is found to become faulty, I'll USUALLY go back, regardless of howmuch time has approved. The trustworthiness of my company depends upon it. The corporation clearly doesnot worry about its status, also it truly doesnot worry about its customers. (Oh, and did I note how impolite and surly their "customer support" repetitions were?
