I received information that my son was nominated for Whos Who. I had heard of them when I was in high school, and I checked out the website. It stated after he was entered in the book, he could apply for scholarships, get references for college, and would be good for his academic career. We filled out all necessary paperwork and mailed it in. Then we ordered a book and plaque online. I still have the receipt, which does not list a phone number, just the website. I have been checking on the order for a year now. First I was told it would ship summer of then it was Sept. Of then when I called they told me it would be December when all the orders would be filled. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service email address. When I started calling again in December, I only received a recording, and could never actually get a live person on the phone. It would tell me all lines were busy and that I should try back at a less busy time, and then the phone would disconnect. That happened numerous times, so I kept resending emails. Today, when I went to find the phone number, I discover the website is gone, saying they are having financial difficulties due to current economic conditions, but all orders will try to be filled. This is bunk! My order is now a year old. Not only am I out the $99.00, but my son was looking forward to the book.
