In Angelo Benedetti came to Florida from Ohio with the proposed intent to begin a business for recycling highway asphalt and replacing same on battered roadways.
Upon securing work for Mr. Benedetti, he declined to perform. After the completion of one contract in an untimely manner, he left his equipment on the side of the road next to a Walmart Distribution Center for over a year. He then left the state and returned to Ohio.
