Press-anythingprint.com He bid on and won a printing press, at a fraction of its worth, and then stiffed us, with no explanation or follow up communication

We listed a used printing press on E-Bay, and several bidders bid on it, with the winning bid by Robert DiBerardinis of Press-Anything Print. We contacted him by e-mail immediately after auction close, and did not hear anything for a couple of days. I sent two more e-mails requesting that he get in touch with us, and heard nothing. I then opened a non-payment report 8 days after auction close with E-Bay (standard practice), so that they could contact him directly. I also sent him another e-mail. Nothing. I sent two more e-mails, and finally notified him two weeks after auction close that I would file a report on usacomplaints.com, and close out the non-payment report on E-Bay with a final non-payment strike against him and heard nothing back so here I am. This guy Robert DiBerardinis is a deadbeat, and its hard to tell from his website (www.press-anythingprint, com) if his business is just starting, or if he had to suspend his website because his business is not doing well. He also has a registered trademark for something called Peace Threadz, and a website for that as well, but this is a dead link.
When dealing with this buy, buyer or seller beware. If he blatantly stiffed me for a $152.50 payment on a printing press that is worth many times that amount, then no doubt he is not an honest person to do business with on either side of the table. I would recommend not offering him credit terms for anything you may want to sell him, and certainly not put any deposits down on things if you are a potential customer.in this tough economic climate, we all know that sometimes situations change and that accomodations have to be made, but for someone to completely ignore repeated requests to open up a dialogue regarding a commitment they made throws up a huge red flag and signals a business that is struggling, and worse, a person that is not honest and honorable to deal with. As a business owner I can, and have worked with people in the former category to make special arrangements. I have no sympathy or patience for people in the latter category.
Be forewarned before you hand over cash to this business unless you have items in hand, and do not extend credit and get stiffed like I did.
