When purchasing this chest, we saw a similar item on overstock.com. When we placed our order with your sales representative in Oregon, we specifically asked if the chest required assembly and if it was made out of particle board. Your sales rep responded that the product was fully assembled and was made out of solid wood. We just received the chest and it appears to be the same one we saw on Overstock. There was no way we would have ordered this chest if we required several hours of assembly. We relied on your sales reps expertise which we obviously was an error on our part. At this point I will assemble the chest but as a matter of good faith on your part expect some compensation. You can check yourselves on overstock.com to see we ordered the same product and will wait on your response as to how much credit you will issue us.
