BGS3 is a rip off. They have a 2 page contract with no information regarding their services. Have charged my credit card more than $1800.00. I never spoke to anyone after they received the electronic email for my application. Never mentioned I would be sued for $4000.00. I never received a phone call an email or a lead from BGS3. They sell these leads to investors to purchase these homes on a short sale option contract. They don't have anyone who can explain why they have a judgment. They never sent me a bill, never called... Or sent me another email. It took them all of 90 days to place a default judgment on my credit report and they are now trying to garnish my wages.??? What do they think their doing. I spoke to Nick and Jim Donovan the sales reps for this company regarding their actions. "They want their money. I want them to contact me? There is nothing professional about this company or their services.?
