I've utilized your item for a long time and enjoy it a great deal, nevertheless since you have selected to reduce your cardboard move by about 1/2 inch it-no longer works in my own spring-loaded toilet paper case. It drops right out. I actually donot understand why you reduced it, but I'll not have the ability to utilize your item any more.
