Had a horrible experince trying to get an issue resolved with an order I placed on line. I spent almost an hour trying to get a damaged item replaced, which I thought I had, only to get an e-mail that my order was cancelled. And I'm still trying to find out why.
Needless to say, I don't think I will be ordering online from Kohls again.
