I placed an order yesterday. Today I received an email informing me there is a 20% discount available on web orders through today. I tried to contact customer service but could not get through; discovered that Kohls web orders have a 1 hour cancellation period. I then discovered the same item I had ordered from Kohls available from Jc Penney for $19 less and $16 less at Macy's. I will be returning my purchase to Kohls, and will never do business with them again.
